Travealz is a digital marketplace that connects travel agencies offering tours with travelers seeking travel services.
Travealz does not operate, organize, or provide any tours, travel packages, or travel services.

Verified & Trusted Travel Agencies

At Travealz, your peace of mind comes first.
All participating travel agencies listed on our platform undergo a thorough verification process to ensure they meet our standards of qualification, reliability, and service quality.

We carefully review each agency’s credentials, industry experience, and track record before approving their tours and services. Our goal is to provide travelers with a secure marketplace where they can confidently discover and book exceptional travel experiences.

With Travealz, you explore the world knowing that every agency you meet is trusted, vetted, and committed to delivering excellence.

2. Role of Travel Agencies

Travel agencies may create accounts and publish tours on the Travealz platform.
Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability, and quality of all tours and services they publish.
Agencies must ensure their content complies with local and international travel regulations.
Agencies agree to handle traveler inquiries, bookings, customer service, cancellations, and complaints directly.

3. Role of Travelers

Travelers may browse and search tours published by independent travel agencies on Travealz.
All bookings, payments, and service-related communications occur directly between the traveler and the travel agency.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the agency’s policies before booking (refunds, cancellations, insurance, etc.).

4. Travealz Responsibilities & Limitations

Travealz is not a travel agency, operator, broker, or service provider.
Travealz does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any tour or service published by agencies.
Travealz is not responsible or liable for:-
1. The performance of travel agencies
2. Travel-related incidents or damages
3. Errors or inaccuracies in agency content
4. Cancellations, delays, or service failures
Travelers agree that all travel services are provided solely by the travel agencies.

5. Marketplace Fees

Publishing tours on Travealz will be free of charge for the first 6 months.
After the initial free period, agencies may select from available subscription plans, including a Forever Free option.
Travealz reserves the right to introduce new plans or change pricing with prior notice.

6. User Accounts

Users (agencies and travelers) must provide accurate and truthful information.
Travealz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide misleading information.

7. Content Ownership

Travel agencies retain ownership of the content they publish.
By posting tours, agencies grant Travealz a non-exclusive license to display and promote their content on the platform.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Travealz provides the platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Travealz is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the services of any travel agency.

9. Privacy

Travealz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Changes to Terms

Travealz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
